To access the system's features, please follow these steps:
1. Begin by choosing a "Date Range" and selecting the relevant "Department".
2. Then, select the specific employee(s) you require, or opt for all employees with a single click.
3. Finally, click on the "Query" button to retrieve the necessary information. Moreover, you have the option to export all data to your personal computer in formats such as "CSV" or "Excel" for your convenience.
