➔ In the Automatic Scheduled mode, the calculation for "Rest Day" and "Public Holiday" is determined based on the timetable.
• Monthly Over Time: You also have the option to establish personal monthly overtime (in hours). Afterward, click the "Update" button.
• Over Time Interval: You can also define the interval for leaving count as overtime (in minutes) for individual employees.
e.g. If an employee is mandated to travel to a client's location for a work assignment, and the travel time is considered part of their workday, this travel time might be treated as part of their overtime hours if it extends their total hours worked in a day or week beyond the standard threshold.
• Add Over Time Approval: You can configure overtime approval by selecting "yes" in the drop-down menu.
e.g. When your boss or supervisor grants you permission to work additional hours beyond your regular work schedule.
• Single Punch : You have the option to enable a single punch for marking attendance as either present or absent.
➢ Restday
"Rest days" are days when employees are not required to work. There are various methods for scheduling these days.
• None: There are no appointed rest days; employees work every day without specific days off. This schedule can be demanding and is atypical in most workplaces as it doesn't provide employees with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
• Fixed Day: Employees have the same specific day(s) off every week. For instance, every Saturday or every Sunday could be a fixed rest day. This schedule offers predictability, as employees are aware in advance of when they will have time off.
• Dynamic Day: The rest day changes from week to week. E.g., one week an employee might have Monday off, and the next week it could be Wednesday. This schedule can be less predictable, but it offers variety in rest days.
