➢ Basic Report
A basic report comprises the entire employee dataset, distributed as a unit. A single banner page containing report and distribution information is attached to both the beginning and end of a basic report.
• Report View
This includes Date, Nepali Date, Badge Number, Name, Department, Scheduled Name, Scheduled In, Scheduled Out, Check In/Out, Late, Early, Total Hours, and various other elements that a basic report should
include.
• Report Total View
A single banner page containing report and distribution information is appended to both the beginning and end of a basic report.
If you wish to access the Basic Report, navigate to the "Report" menu and select "Attendance Report". Choose the "Date Range" for the specific number of days you want to generate the report. Next, select the "Department", and then choose the employee (you can select more than one). Generate the report by clicking on the "Query" button, then proceed to click on the "Basic Report" icon. Your report will be generated. Now, you can print the report and also export it in various formats such as "Excel, PDF, HTML, and so on".
