➢ Leave Summary Report
The report offers company information regarding the current leave balances for their employees. The report is real-time and reflects an employee’s current leave balances as of the point in time the report is processed.
If you wish to access the Leave Summary Report, navigate to the "Report" menu and select the "Leave Report" toggle. Choose "Leave Summary Report", set the "Date Range" for the specific number of days you want to generate the report. Next, select the "Department", and then choose the employee (you can select more than one). Generate the report by clicking on the "Query" button, then proceed to click on the "Leave Summary Report" icon. Your report will be generated.
➢ Annual Leave Report
The Annual Leave report displays each employee's current leave balances as
of the chosen date. The number of worked days will be calculated based on the effective start date and effective end dates.

If you wish to access the Annual Leave Report, navigate to the "Report" menu and select the "Leave Report" toggle. Choose "Annual Leave Report", set the "Date Range" for the specific number of days you want to generate the report. Next, select the "Department", and then choose the employee (you can select more than one). Generate the report by clicking on the "Query" button, then proceed to click on the "Annual Leave Report" icon. Your report will be generated.
