Email Setting
Access the “Maintenance option”, proceed to “System Setting”, and then navigate to “Email Setting” for configuring email-related parameters.
1. Host Name: The specific address or domain name of the email server.
2. Port: The network port used for email communication.
3. Username: The unique identification for email authentication.
4. Password: The confidential access code for email account security.
5. SSL Certificate: You can activate this option to enhance the
security of email communications.
6. Credentials: This setting enables or disables the use of authentication details.
7. Schedule: You can select from daily or weekly schedules for automated email reports.
8. Recipients: The email reports can be sent to administrators, department heads, or employees.
9. Extra Email: An additional email address can be added for supplementary communication.
10. Update: Changes to these settings can be confirmed and applied by selecting the "Update" button.
Voice
“Attendance voice" in biometric attendance software typically refers to an audio feature that provides voice prompts or notifications related to attendance events.
e.g. when an employee registers their attendance by scanning their fingerprint or ID card, the software may generate voice notifications such as "Attendance recorded" or "Please try again" to provide immediate feedback to the user.
1. Voice Gender: This setting allows the selection of a specific gender for the voice used in attendance notifications and prompts.
2. Voice Age: This option enables the choice of a particular age group for the voice, which affects its tone and style.
3. Speak Rate: This setting controls the speed at which the voice delivers attendance-related messages and instructions.
4. Text to Speech: The "Text to Speech" functionality converts text
based attendance information into spoken words using the configured voice settings, ensuring auditory notifications and communication in the attendance system.
